Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. Our trucks are fully stocked, so many repairs — like sliding door rollers, locks and screens — are completed the same day.

What are your business hours?
Sunday – Thursday 8AM – 6PM, Friday 8AM – 3PM. We are closed Saturday.

Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We repair and replace storefront, glass, steel and commercial entry doors, including closers and panic bars.
My sliding door is hard to open. Can it be repaired?
Usually yes. Most sticking sliders need new rollers, a cleaned or straightened track, or realignment — far cheaper than replacing the door.
Why are my windows foggy between the panes?
Fogging means the seal on an insulated glass unit has failed. We can replace the glass unit or the whole window depending on its condition.
Do you install hurricane or impact-rated windows and doors?
Yes, we offer impact and hurricane-rated window and door options built for coastal South Carolina.
